It’s time to report to Training Camp! The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) developed the MMA Conditioning Specialist (MMACS) credential to educate health and fitness professionals how to design safe, effective, and innovative MMA-inspired conditioning programs.

The Training Camp Program teaches health and fitness professionals’ innovative approaches to fitness programming used by some of the world’s most elite athletes and mixed martial artists. The Training Camp program breaks the mold of traditional exercise programming. The goal of the Training Camp program is to prepare health and fitness professionals to employ innovative training and conditioning strategies used within mixed martial arts communities to create a nontraditional fitness experience geared toward improving the fitness levels, retention, and experience of every participant regardless of goal or ability. Upon completion of the Training Camp program, health and fitness professionals, like you, will be able to implement a unique conditioning program that engages, motivates, and retains clients with progressive, high-intensity, and integrated functional training.
